The Kingbirders will be heading out into the wilds again this Birdathon hoping to see as many bird species as possible in one day. This year we'll add a "ringer" of a birder, Alex Patia, to the trio of Donito Burgess and Luke and Brock Safford. Alex is going to push us to new birding heights and we'll hope to break last year's number of 154, along with our personal record of 157.

Our date is set for Saturday, April 19, maybe a bit early for some migrating species, but hopefully we'll make up for it with some lingering wintering birds. We'll have more detailed plans to come in early April!
